homemade strawberry bars

ingredients

• 3/4 cup of brown sugar
• 2 cups of oat meal
• 2 sticks of butter
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoons of salt
• 2 cups of white flour
• 1 cup of jelly

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Put butter in and smash with pastry cutter.

Then put half of dough in to glass baking dish and pat down. Spread jelly around mixture.

Pour the rest of the dough on top and press down.bake in oven for 30 min at 350 degrees.

Pull out let cool then have a tasty treat,snack,lunch have any where : )
